Are your products organic / natural?
Our products combine the power of naturally occurring and advanced science ingredients that are simple to use, highly effective, non-toxic, non-irritating, and absolutely cruelty-free. We do not use aggressive, irritating ingredients. We are committed to bringing you the very best ingredient science.
What are your candles made from?
Our candles are made from 100% pure soy wax and a blend of fragrance, essential and natural oils.
How is your candle burn time calculated?
We test all our candles prior to launching a new scent, and that includes burn time. Each candle should not be burnt for more than 4 hours at time. If you choose to burn your candle for longer than the recommended periods, then you candle wax will burn off a lot quicker, reducing the overall burn time of your candle. We recommend burning your candle for no longer than the specified time during each burn.
What is the shelf life of your candles?
To preserve the olfactory integrity of our formulations, we recommend activating your Willow + Maple candle within 12 months of purchase. As our candles are hand-poured using natural soy wax and refined fragrance oils, they are best enjoyed while the scent profile remains at its peak equilibrium. To ensure longevity, keep the vessel in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight and secure the lid between uses to shield the wax from environmental elements.
